We offer Full Truck Load (FTL) and Part Load transportation services across designated routes. We also provide shipment tracking, delivery coordination, and customer support.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping details and documentation.
- Ensuring proper packaging and labeling of goods.
- Notifying us of any special handling or insurance needs.
4. Pricing and Payments
- Prices are agreed upon in advance or as per contract.
- Payments must be made according to the invoicing terms provided.
- Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Liability
- We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for damage to goods unless caused by our proven negligence.
- Insurance of goods is the responsibility of the client unless agreed otherwise.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service with written notice. Outstanding dues must be cleared before termination becomes effective.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, parties agree to resolve them amicably. If unresolved, the matter will be governed by the laws of [Insert State/Country] and settled in the courts located in Delhi.
